• User Inputs (Prompts): The text descriptions, lyrics, or stories you input to generate songs.
• Generated Content: The audio files created based on your inputs.
• Transaction Data: Information related to your in-app purchases (processed by Apple; we do not store your credit card information).

We do NOT collect: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), precise location data, email addresses, or phone numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely for:

• Generating music via our AI service providers.
• Delivering the digital content to your device.
• Improving the quality of our AI generation prompts.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

To provide the AI music generation service, your text inputs (prompts) are transmitted to our AI partner, Suno Inc., via our secure backend servers. By using the App, you consent to this transmission.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WeddTune application operated by Wuhan Pinwei Shengshi Network Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Service Description

WeddTune is an AI-powered application that allows users to generate custom music tracks based on text inputs. The generation service is powered by third-party AI technology.

2. User-Generated Content & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We and our AI partners reserve the right to block prompts that violate these safety guidelines. Repeated violations may result in the suspension of your access.

3. Ownership and Rights

Upon payment of the download fee ($9.00 USD or equivalent):

• We grant and transfer to you the commercial usage rights for the specific music track you have purchased and downloaded.
• You may use the purchased track for your wedding ceremony, wedding videos, and personal or commercial social media posts.
• You represent that you own the rights to any lyrics or text prompts you input into the App.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments: Downloads are processed as one-time In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store.
• Refunds: All transactions are final. As developers, we do not have the ability to process refunds. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support in accordance with their refund policies.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated music is experimental. We do not guarantee that the generated output will meet your specific artistic expectations every time.
